Antique Tractor Calendar 2024

Are you ready to start planning for the 2024 Antique Tractor shows, drives and farm toy shows?  If so, here is my 2024 Antique Tractor Calendar. It’s time to start making reservations and marking the calendar for antique tractor fun in the New Year!  Here are my favorites, shows, or those mentioned by friends and family that they love!

Note as always, before hitting the road, for events listed in my 2024 antique tractor calendar, check and make sure the event is still happening. Events change, things happen, so don’t leave home without making sure the event is still taking place. Double check the time, and date in case there was an error on a website. Make sure that the event is still on and has not been cancelled!

4th Annual Moscow Mills Lions Farm Toy Show

January 19 & 20, 2024, MISSOURI, Moscow Mills. A couple of years ago Keith and I enjoyed attending this first of the year toy show! This year is the 4th Annual Moscow Mills Lions Farm Toy Show held at Bill and Marilyn’s Farm Toys, ​30 Freise Industrial Drive. Show hours are Friday from 4-8 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. For more info call (636) 262-3065.

PAATC Antique Tractor Show

January 27, 2024, Murray, Kentucky, Mary Gray recommends The PAATC Show is held at the Murray State University Expo Center.  Sponsors are the Purchase Area Antique Club and Callaway County FFA.to call for more information 618-309-1105 or email me at mgfarm3@gmail.com

Midwest Truck & Trailer Show

February 2-3, 2024, in Peoria, Illinois the Midwest Truck & Trailer Show is at the Peoria Civic Center.  Advertised as the “Biggest Little Tractor Show”, it is put on by the Midwest Trucker’s Association, and there is also free admission!

Gateway MidAmerica Toy Show

February 2-4, 2024, in St. Louis at the Sheraton Westport. The Gateway MId-America Toy Show has been a longtime favorite of mine because of the farm model contest.  Toy vendors set up and on Saturday there is a model and farm layout contest and live auction. It’s a great place to see scratch-built toys and nice memorabilia as well.

International Harvester Winter Convention

February 8-10, 2023, Salina, Kansas, is the site of the International Harvester Winter Convention. Held at the Hilton Garden Inn, the show is touted as the “Farmall Century of Progress”. The show is hosting a couple fun tours, vendors, workshops and a banquet.

National Farm Machinery Show

February 14-17, 2024, the National Farm Machinery Show is held in Louisville, Kentucky. This is the show to learn about technological advancements in farming.  This is the country’s largest indoor farm show. While there is the latest and greatest, there is usually antique equipment on display along with toys as well. There is the Championship Tractor Pull as well. We like to stay in New Albany, IN. It is easier to find lodging and has great food!

Florida Flywheeler Antique Engine & Tractor Show

February 21-24, 2024, in Avon Park, Florida. This is the 31st annual Florida Flywheeler’s Show. This year they are featuring Allis Chalmers. At the show grounds they feature a wonderful village with a lot of history, and a great flea market. We love going here when we can! Note register for a golf cart by the first of January because they go fast, and you need one to navigate the huge grounds. Reservations go fast too, so plan accordingly.

HPOCA Oliver Winter Convention

February 23, 2024. The Hart-Parr Oliver Collectors are hosting the HPOCA Winter Get Together at the American Farm Heritage Museum in Greenville, Illinois. The event will take place from 9 a.m-3 p.m. For years we also have enjoyed Christmas lights here!

Minneapolis Moline Winter Show

March 21-23, 2024, Luverne, MN,, the MM Winter event will take place at the Big Top event center, behind the Grand Stay hotel. There are several amazing sounding tours. To sign up for tours (some have limited numbers) or for the banquet, contact Kevin Hohn at 605-940-4638. I went to the winter show last year and enjoyed it immensely!

Sublette Toy Show

March 16-17, 2024, in Sublette, Illinois, the Sublette, Annual Sublette Toy Show is one of our favorite Farm Toy & Antique Tractor Shows where the town of 500 explodes to thousands. They offer a wonderful Sunday breakfast. There are tractors outside and farm toys inside. Lots of fun at this two-day event that funds the town sports! The 2024 Sublette Farm Toy & Antique Tractor Show featured tractors will be Oliver and Minneapolis Moline!

Pope County FFA Antique Tractor Show

April 13, 2024, Golconda, Illinois is the date of the 24th Annual Pope County FFA Antique Tractor Show.  Mary Gray recommends this show is located in Golconda, IL. To call for more information 618-309-1105 or email me at mgfarm3@gmail.com

Pioneer Swap Meet

April 26-28, 2024-in Le Sueur, Minnesota. This year is the 47th Pioneer Swap Meet. The Pioneer Swap Meet is a fun show where anything goes. When farming and the weather allow, we love to attend this show where you find anything from bird houses to ski shoes!  This is a favorite of the hubby if he’s not in the fields, we go!

Badger Steam and Gas Flea Market

May 3-5, 2024, in Baraboo, Wisconsin. This is a new swap meet for us and we attended the Badger Steam and Gas Flea Market for the first-time two years ago. On their website, they share, “Set up is on Thursday, May 2nd and there will be an auction on May 4th, starting at 10:00 am as well. Our annual Flea Market will be held during our show, August 16-18, 2024.”

Purchase Area Tractor Club Show

May 4th, 2024, Mayfield, Kentucky is the Purchase Area Tractor Club will host their show at the Mayfield, KY Fairgrounds. To call for more information 618-309-1105 or email me at mgfarm3@gmail.com

Tri-State Gas Engine Swap Meet

May 15-18, 2024, in Portland, Indiana- This year will be the 42nd annual Swap Meet. This Tri-State Gas Engine Swap an Indiana meet is held in the area across from the Jay County Fairgrounds. The meet has lots of parts and you can find almost anything you are looking for and more. There is a consignment auction on Saturday at 1:00 p.m.

AJ’s Garden Tractor Jamboree

May 18, 2024, in Oregon, Illinois- Come to the fun lawn and garden one day show when the Hinrich’s family open up their sheds and more! We went to an event here a couple years ago and couldn’t believe the wonderful collection!

Central Kentucky Antique Machinery Association

May 24-25, 2024, Cynthiana, Kentucky-Last year we went to the later show in July and loved it. Friend Amber Biddle shared this southern show that is part of the Central Kentucky Antique Machinery Association. It sounds like lots of fun.

Lawn & Garden Tractor Magazine Extravaganza/Classic Iron Show

June 7-9, 2024, Evansville, Indiana. The Lawn & Garden Tractor Magazine Extravaganza is Kate Goelzhauser’s baby, and it is a fun show that I want to get back to! Kate reminded me what a fun show it is to attend.  The Lawn & Garden Tractor Magazine Extravaganza and SIAM Classic Iron Show is held at the Vanderburgh 4-H Center. This year they are featuring Ford Fordson tractors, Ford Garden tractors, Emerson and Brantingham gas engines and pumping engines. The Extravaganza welcomes back the 4×4 custom tractors! 

Red Power Round Up 2024

June 20-23, 2024, Hosted by Iowa Chapter 5 International Harvester Collectors at the Clay County Fair Grounds in Spencer, Iowa. I love the tours and fun aspects of the Red Power Round Ups! They are offering tours of DEMCO, Polaris, and the beautiful Grotto of Redemption. Make reservations soon, they are filling up fast!

Morgan County Antique Machinery Association

June 21-23, 2024, Martinsville, Indiana, at the Morgan County Fair. This is the 32nd year for the fair. My friend Tosha Daugherty of Morgan County shared this with me.  On their website that share, “A weekend filled with activities, delicious food, entertainment, flea market, along with a vast display of priceless machinery.  Enjoy your journey throughout the show. Rally in the Valley Car & Truck Show, Hoosier Vintage Wheels Show, Swap Meet, Vintage Market, Tractor Pulls, Live Music, Hot Air Balloon Rides, 5K Run/Walk, Hoosier Vintage & Flea Market, Veterans Ceremony, Kid’s Pedal Tractor Pull, Line Dancing, Square Dancing, and more! ” I hope to get to this show sometime soon! 

Horse Progress Days

July 5-6, 2024, Horse Progress Days last year held in Shipshewana, Indiana is the show where you can come watch old fashioned farming, this show was shared by my friend Sonya Harman-Nash. This year this Horse Progress Days will be at Gordon, Pennsylvania.

Historic Farm Days

July 12-14, 2024, Penfield, Illinois – This year at Historic Farm Days there will be something fun to see! This event also features an agricultural museum and is put on by the I & I Club! Case is the featured tractor, and the I & I raffle tractor is a 1976 1175 AgriKing!

Massac County Youth Fair Tractor Show

July 13 and 14, 2024, Metropolis, Illinois at the fairgrounds is the Massac County Youth Fair Tractor show.  Mary Gray recommends this show that is held in conjunction with the youth fair.  to call for more information 618-309-1105 or email me at mgfarm3@gmail.com

Will County Threshermen’s Association’s 62nd Annual Antique Tractor & Steam Engine Show

July 18-21, 2024, in Manhattan, Ilinois, near Wilton Center, IL. J.I. Case Minneapolis Moline and Single Cylinder Stationary engines are the featured brands. This show was recommended by Jess Crane
Marketing & PR for Will County Threshermen’s Assocation. The show offers food vendors, craft & flea market, magic show, petting zoo, Frankfort Brass Band, Civil War Living History, daily parade of power, antique & garden tractor pulls, fieldwork demonstrations, saw milling, corn shelling, threshing, & more!

Central Kentucky Antique Machinery Association Show & Pull

July 25-28, 2024, in Paris, Kentucky is the 53rd annual Central Kentucky Antique Machinery Association Show and Pull. Brian Scott shared with me that, “This is one of the longest running in the state of Kentucky. Our club is one of the oldest in the nation.”

We went to this show last year and loved the town of Paris and its horse country history!

Western Thresher’s Reunion

The first weekend in August in Hamilton, Illinois is the Western Thresher’s Reunion. This is a fun show that offers up a complete line of antique tractors, cars, trucks, and gas engines in Western Illinois.  My husband is a huge fan of their evening meal!

Coulee Antique Engine Club

August 2-3, 2024, Two miles north of Westby, Wisconsin the Coulee Antique Engine Club is featuring their annual show and this year the Minneapolis Moline Collectors Summer Show will take place here, this was recommended by Jay Cox.

Echos of the Past Summerfest Tractor Show and Pull

August 2-3, 2024, at Claypool, Indiana the Echos of the Past 5th Annual Summerfest Show Tractor Show and Pull. The show is recommended by Chris Morehouse who share this fun event that has entertainment, tractor pull, vintage market and more.

Illinois State Fair 2024

August 8-18, 2024, at the Illinois State Fair Grounds- it is anticipated that there will be an antique tractor display again this year. Collectors bring their tractors and fair visitors get the chance to look them over in this fun setting!

Butterfield Minnesota Steam and Gas Engine Show

The 3rd weekend in August, friend Bryan Ebbenga, is the parade announcer at this show which has over 400 tractors in the parade. Bryan shared with me about the Butterfield Minnesota show! “It is the best little show in the Midwest. It has all the features of the big show in smaller quantities. Located on a lake with a beautiful Campground and a Pioneer Village and much more.”

American Thresherman Association Show

August 14-18, 2024, in Pinckneyville, Illinois at the American Thresherman showgrounds. This will be the 64th Annual Show. This year they are featuring Gathering of the Orange! This is put on by the Triple A Allis Club.

River Valley Antique Association

August 17-19, 2024, in Mapleton, Illinois the River Valley Antique Association host their annual tractor show and pull. The show will be held at Butler Haynes Park. The 2024 feature will be Allis Chalmers.

Badger Steam and Gas Show

Two weeks before the Labor Day weekend, the show is held in Baraboo, Wisconsin at the showgrounds! The Badger Steam and Gas Show is on, and a couple years ago we stayed at the cool Ringling Bed and Breakfast when we went last year that added a fun variation in this town with tons of circus history. There are also fun dining options.

Tri-State Gas Engine and Tractor Show

The 3rd weekend in Portland, Indiana, the Tri-State Gas Engine and Tractor Show is a show staple for my husband held at the Jay County Fairgrounds. This is the 59th show and they offer a nice variety of tractors and history.

Bushnell Tractor Show

August 24, 2024, Gary Havens shared that the Bushnell, Illinois fall show will be held in West Park. This little show brings a lot of garden tractors to town.

Midwestern Thresher’s Reunion

Over Labor Day weekend, in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa the Old Thresher’s Reunion is a steam lover’s tractor reunion show. This show offers everything from steam engines, antique cars and trucks, tractors, gas engines, and horses. They even have entertainment as well! This is also the town where you can tour Robert Lincoln’s families home in town as well!

Central States Reunion tractor show

August 29-September 2, 2024, this Labor Day show Central States Reunion is held at Pontiac, Illinois and is one of the oldest shows in the US. This year they are featuring the 37^th JI Case Foundation Expo.  This town also has great Route 66 history!

Rock River Thresheree

Labor Day Weekend 2024, in Edgerton, Wisconsin, Rock River Thresheree show will be held.  They are restoring an electric car!  This is one of the older show’s held over the Labor Day weekend and a favorite! This year’s feature will be Orphans & Oddball tractors and equipment. Antique fire engines and police cars. With Briggs & Stratton the feature engine.

Antique Engine and Tractor Association

September 13-15, 2024, Paul Searle in September in Geneseo, Illinois is the AETA show. They share on their facebook page, “The big event each year is the annual three-day Working Farm Show where the AETA harvest corn and beans with mid 1900’s equipment, thresh oats or wheat, run a sawmill, plow, and demonstrate gas engines as they were used from the early to mid 1900’s. The annual show gets bigger each year with over 200 tractors, over 100 garden tractors and hundreds of gas engines, plus other agricultural memorabilia on the grounds.”

Vintage Farm Equipment Show

September 14, 2024. Friend, Dave Carton shared that Atkinson, Illinois show’s focus is the Young Collectors Group. Know that they are the FUTURE of not only this wonderful hobby that we share but also the preservation of the history. For more information, check out the facebook page! This is a fun show with a museum and a lot of heart.

Prairieland Heritage Museum Steam Show and Fall Festival Days

Always held the 3rd weekend in September, in Jacksonville, Illinois, this show, the Praireland Heritage Show, features a museum, flea market and lots of cool antique tractors. This is the show that is just when the field work is almost finished so sometimes the farmers can go, sometimes not, but it is always high on Keith’s wanting to be there list!

Davie Farm Fest

September 20-21, 2024, the 3rd weekend in September, in Mocksville North Carolina, Michelle Myers recommended Davie farm Fest, which will be featuring International Harvester. This is the 2nd annual show, and it was recommended by Michelle Myers.

2024 Albany Pioneer Days

The 3rd weekend in September, friend Bryan Ebbenga shared information about the Pioneer Power Days in Albany, Minnesota. Last year, Thomas Nix shared this is what he called, “the greatest show on Earth” Albany Pioneer Days show address is 21565 360th Street, Albany, MN  56307.

Tri-State Gas Engine and Tractor Association Swap Meet

The first weekend in October, the Tri-State meet is across from the Jay County Fairgrounds is a swap meet with antique engine and tractor related parts!

39th Fall Harvest Days Antique County Engine & Tractor Show

October 11-12, 2024, Fletcher, Western North Carolina Agriculture Center 1301 Fanning Bridge Rd, Fletcher, NC. Larry Phillips Vendor Chair, Apple Country Engine and Tractor Association recommended Apple Fall Harvest Days Antique County Engine & Tractor Show, this show offers Tractors, Hit n Miss Engines, Crafts, Parts, Tools, Collectibles, Toys and More.

National Farm Toy Show

The first weekend in November in Dyersville, Iowa. The National Farm Toy Show is the granddaddy of the toy shows and is the National show bringing toy collectors from all over to this little town in Iowa. Hosted by Toy Farmer, the show is a staple for farm toy collectors! Dyersville offers a lot besides just the show as well! The first weekend in June, they also have a summer show.

Punta Gorda Airshow

November 2-3, 2024, friend Bob Carson shared snowbirds will want to know about the Florida International Air Show in Punta Gorda, Florida.

Georgia National Antique Ag Show

The 2nd weekend in November they hold this amazing show, The Georgia National Antique Ag Show in Perry, Georgia. A couple years ago it was our first time attending and we loved it!

Classic Green Reunion 2025

June 12-14, 2025, in West Bend, Wisconsin. Classic Green Reunion 2025 will be held at the Washington County Park and Conference Center.
